What a picture!!! I lived on the other corner, to say, a different view in the 80's! How many times did Wigan change the priorities on this road. Remember 'them' opening 'Riverway' in 1969!!!! Following which it took them over 20 years to get it what its like now. And, that's another tale!!!!
