Was your Mum and Dad, Edna & Ted Morley

My uncle Harry Prescot Lived here at the outbreak of the war as Caretaker with his wife and two daughters Jean and Margaret(Margeret is still living) He was called up for army service and more or less lost his job as resident caretaker.On his discharge from the army however he he continued to work for the corporation park dept until his retirement

Edna and Ted Morley were my Aunt and Uncle, both sadly died.
We had many happy family parties at Great Acre.

My brother is Arthur Edwards and he still lives there

As a boy, living at 13 Great Acre, my father used to take me to the bowling green, just up the road from where we lived, he’d give me to jacks to use as I was only little at the time, we spent many happy hours there in those lovely summer evenings long ago.
