the church is the old elim church which is now in greenough street.
it was very grand inside

The bus is parked up in Station Rd outside the old Elim church it looks like it is on route No 16 to Horwich.
It is a Leyland Titan PD1A lowbridge bus built around 1946/47 these were slowly withdrawn in the 1960s.
