This photo is taken where they are building new houses at the moment. Fourth street is 2 doors away to the right as you look at the photo then the pub then I think Redland court. Redland court was built where 1st 2nd and 3rd street was.This was called the Lump.

I noticed that second street is mentioned above,i am trying to locate a family called evans who lived at number 6 in 1929 (known date) any photos of this street or any info on this family?

Tom Evans lived in second street and his nephew Richard lived or lives on Bolton road accross from these houses.

My Mum, Mary Appleton (nee Evans) lived around here in the 1930's... daughter of Bill Evans...
