There is a modern picture of this building on wiganworld taken from about the same spot and the two stand comparison as the building is wearing well. The dark tree to the right could be the same tree.
Dated as early 1950s but can be pinned down to about half eleven on a nice summer day!
It looks like these were working stables at this time as well.

I would love to get a copy of this and any other old photos of the stable block at Haigh Hall showing it as a working stables.
