How quaint. It looks lovely. I wonder if it is still there?

If you put in Brock Mill house Wigan went find a place with google maps. It comes up with it on Wingates Road just before it split into Pendlebury Lane to your left going straight ahead. To your right is Sennicar Lane. You can get to it from the canal side or off Leyland Mill Lane.

Was born at Sicklefield House so know the area well.
I wonder if this if Phil's house. Come down Leyland Mill Lane. Shoot right up Hall Lane and on the corner look to your left. You will see a white house through the trees. Phil used to be involved with Wigan Rugby Union Club. Maybe his home?

I think this house is in Brock Mill Rd, Brock Valley near Garstang

Just checked on Google images and Alan is correct it is Garstang not Wigan. Thanks Allan.
