I wonder why there's a coal wagon to the left?? I can't understand it's at the station.

This looks like the start (or finish) of the brake van special. Don't know what organisation ran it, but it ran through the old Lower Ince station and beyond.

Yes could well be Jarvo. Wigan Rail Fans Society (WARS) Stanier Mogal and several brake vans were used. See item number 24315.

that's a stanier class eight not a crab,poss 48178 that appeared on these pages a short while ago.
