Did this little train ever appear at Abram park? I seem to remember going on something similar there in the late 70s

The driver of the loco is Mr Stuart Whitter, member and one time President of Wigan & District Model Engineering Society.The loco is 'Ajax', a freelance design of a docks shunting engine, designed by Dick Simmonds of Erith in Kent. This model was built by Mr Norman Lowe, now sadly deceased, and was most often to be seen running at the Wigan MES track in Haigh Country Park in Wigan.
