HI are u sure that this is the Sacacens Head as there where 2 pubs together Millstone and Sacacens Head ( which was pulled down ) ????? can anyone help ---- thanks -----

There were 3 pubs along this stretch, lower down the Fox and Goose ( still open ) The Millstone which was extended into the property next door towards Standish and the Saracens Head ( pictured )which along with other properties on this row, were demolished in 1986 to facilitate Central Park Way. The road development meant that Swinley Labour Club which was further up on the same side and down a side street, found itself on the new main road.
