This accident happened in the 70's. Halliwell's beer wagon lost all those crates of beer in Wallgate.

Note The old Lancashire County Constablary Triumph 2000 traffic car parked up in its old day glow orange colours must been based at the old Wigan Divisional H.Q. on Kings Street.
