This bungalow in Norley Hall? was modified by Wigan Council to suit the needs of a disabled man in a wheel chair.

That looks like the one in Norley Hall Ave, next to the West Ward.

Definately not the one at the top of Norley but more like the ones opposite Norley shops, between Buttermere Rd and Helvellyn Rd Norley Hall.

These bungalows are in school way off norley hall ave. the one on the left is number 3 and to the right is number 1.
I lived in number 3 in he 70-80's before I moved to Atherton.
The photo below is number 3 before I moved in it.

Barrie, even though i used to pass them to go to school i wouldn't have recognised them if you hadn't said anything.
