Got my first bike from Oliver sommers in 1976 , it was a purple Raleigh budgie. We only had a two seater frogeye sprite at the time, my mum drove and my nan held the bike on her knees. I was only 3 and had to sit between the two seats. The shop sales man lifted the bike onto my Nan's knees,we had the top down on the car as it was the summer of 76.
