The A5106 road is on the left,with the lakes in the middle & the golf course on the right.
I used to fish for carp here around that time & decided to get a photo as we flew over
One of my favourite walking places, it takes me a steady 45 mins to go all the way round, and I have fished the main lake myself, but many years ago, we used to be allowed access through Kilhey Court to save dragging your tackle about, but it was stopped in the 80s, it still a nice walk though, especially in the autumn
Warrington anglers have it now aitch,its a good photo Harry,I have seen a lot of photo's of the Res's but never one from above.
I havent fished worthy (or anywhere else) for years,sold all my tackle years ago(optonics,the lot!!)
Carp on there used like loads of stuff as bait.
Chick pea,Sweetcorn,Chunks of Spam,Boilies,& even Chunks of Pepperami worked well as bait.
I dont know what its like on there these days,i dont have time to fish anymore,im afraid.
