In the cellars of Wigan Market Hall.
When i went to the archives last week to look at life in wigan in ww2 i was looking through the shelter books and it said there was one here i would if they shelterd in the cellers ?

Wow wouldn't have thought there was cellar under the old hall, but Victorian (proper) built! bet it stunk down there and rats!
