Row 2 the first girl on the right is my mum Evelyn Pennington, and the 3rd row the man standing between the two girls is my dad Peter Brennan.

Harry Ashurst (known also by me as Harry Davison) was a regular visitor to my parents' house in Mains Avenue in the forties usually accompanied by Edna Stanley. He was claimed by my father, Bill Davison, to be his brother! He certainly answered to "uncle Harry" to me! He certainly lived I with my granny and grandad in Lilly Lane when I was a kid. Who do we think he was?
