Has our Ethel or Gerald ever seen this.Its all very interesting stuff.Could you please tell me where his dad Richard Price is Buried.

I haven't seen Ethel Price for years. She was in my class at Poolstock C of E School. I used to see Gerald in Worsley Mesnes Club with his mate Roy Underwood. Sadly, Roy died a few years ago.

Robert died in Normandy following the D-Day landings in June 1944. The cemetery is just outside of Caen.

I think my sister once said she,d been to France and found her dad,s grave.The grave that I wanted to know was Robert,s dad,who was Richard Price,but thanks any way for the info.

My Grandmother & Grandfather(Richard) are buried in St Johns churchyard Pemberton,but the headstones were removed over 20years ago as they became unsafe
