Picture features two of my s-i-l. The one knelt with her arm in a sling, a whitlow apparently, her name was Margaret Melling, sadly no longer with us. The little blond girl sat on the bench is my other s-i-l Amelia Melling and the lady sat directly behind the seated boy, is my m-i-l, Amy Melling again not longer with us. This was taken at the top of Haywood St.
I don't think we've got a pic of such an event in the parish in our archive. Could you email me, please, to arrange to get a copy of your pic. BTW - I assume you mean Heywood Street...;-)
