The pathway is now taking shape past the 1st Group bus garage by Melverley Street.Sand layer placed prior to stone sub-base then surfacing.

The former Wigan Corporation and Greater Manchester Transport bus depot is no longer there and the new road and the Nissan car dealership is where it used to be.
