Sorry about the clarity but this is from the same area as previous photo but looking South. I think the tower & chimney in the background was Bradley Mill or Heinz.
I know later in 1965 between Carnforth and Carlisle the Rail line used to be shut on a Sunday for the upgrade.

That bridge we called Blackberry bridge back int 50s follow the bridge over left leads to he now closed Crown pub ?
