Great photo. I bet everyone of those cars have rusted into the ground a long time ago, though you do occasionally see Austin 1100s driving about and there are still plenty of old Mini's around which shows how popular they were and still are, though I think they were always overrated.

The problem with these cars and many around at the time, was body work. Rusting away.
Today however, cars last years and years and only seem the rust when they've been in a accident/scratched without being treated.
One of the worst cars apart from BL for corroding early were Datsun.
