7th from left looks like a young Jimmy Cooper to me .played in a few "clogs matches " myself,don't know what happened to the trophy though

The trophy ended up at the Bolton plant and sat in my manager's office until it closed in October 2013. He probably still has it.

Yes. This photo could be from as early as 1958. Joe Norton is 3rd from left. Jimmy Robb is 4th from left. Alan Towers in the middle, then me. Next is Jimmy Cooper then Rodney Allen on the far right. Can't remember the result though.
