1941-3. My mother Joyce Brown underwent British Red Cross nurse training during WW2 in Home Nursing and First Aid to the Injured. She attended some sessions fortnightly on Sundays as indicated by the first column. Dr Graham, mentioned, lived and possibly had a surgery in Monument Road, Wigan by the 1950s, however his father may also have been a doctor.
