this photo was taken of my sister, veronica Jones nee Ganderton all dressed up in celebration of her forthcoming wedding to vince in 1960.the girls holding the banner are Marlene Bibby on the left and Mary king on the right,to the left of Marlene is Doris boardman,and the girl to the left of veronica is joan henry.

My mum worked there (Shirley Guest nee Sharples) from leaving school in 1959 until 1963.
