Indeed Selnec livery.
GMPTE came a little later and used a darker orange with a brown skirt.

SELNEC stood for South East Lancashire North East Cheshire they were indeed dredful colours

By 1978 all ex Wigan Corporation buses were in GMT orange and white, with the exception of two, 57 HEK705 that became 3230, and driver trainer 115 DJP754 now 3200. Both survive in preservation at Manchester museum of transport.
