Don't know where this photo came from,but Wigan All Saints school on Frog Lane only opened in 1932, and I don't know of an All Saints school previous to that one.Perhaps someone can enlighten us if an All Saints school existed before 1932.
The young girl at the front is holding a blackboard with " Wigan All Saints Group 1 or 7 1914." My Aunt Janet ROBINS is first left second row aged about 10. Two years previous to this she was at Wigan Wesleyan School.Perhaps this is a Sunday School group ?
It would help if subscribers said which All Saint's their photo' is about. For example, I went to Hindley All Saint's.
Three years before the photo was taken (1911) my aunt 1st left second row was attending school and living at Richmond Street Wigan. I guess this was close by. So was there an earlier All Saints school in the vicinity ?
