Frank Whittle was the singer in a group (band) I was once in

Cheers Cliff . I new Frank at school only for a few years as i changed schools.He lived in the first house on the corner of Woodhouse Drive, course the road was't built then. I new he did some singing , what was the name of the band.

Thanks for the names Sheila,Marion Ellison lives round the corner from me in Shevington,we both came from Martland Mill, Ann also.I loved Lower Ground school, but ended up at St.Georges in Wigan, something to do with it being a church school,anyway did ok after,worked in Engineering at Heinz thirty odd years.Some I know from the photo are not with us any more,good memories last a lifetime.
