Jane what a good photo and it will bring back memories for all you 60 somethings,i know most of these girls by the fact that they all came to our Chritines house in All Saints grove ,and Paul(little titie)Tatley is now a mate of mine ,cant wait fot tek mick.

Paul lives at 21 Atherton Rd ,he had his own motor vehicle garage but has now retired and spends most of his time in libraries around wigan ,a really top bloke.

I remember some of those names from Castle Hill school, but by 1960, I'd left that school.

No, I didn't go to Argyle School, I'd left the catchment area by then.
hi the girl on the bottom row next to the boy i dont think it is kathleen heaton she left just before me i left in 1962 and the girl on the second row i dont think it is june murphy .she was in the same class as me. we were taken with our class just before we left.i went to school wit kathleen

Is there any chance that "Malcolm Barrington" was in fact Michael Barrington? I'm looking for him - his mother was married to my Uncle but she died in Canada and he was returned home to his father catherine.uffen@rogers.com
I definitely remember a Malcolm Barrington from Castle Hill school.

hi jane do you remember mr horricks i saw him in wigan on monday he was in the bank he was in front of i ask him did he teach at argyle school he said yes i know it was him he is living in standish. he left argyle in 1964 brought back some memories christine x

hi jane i saw jennifer ackers in wigan yesterday i knew her .but i couldnt think of her name how old will she be i left in 1962 i think she will be younger than me /also susan hemsworth she is in a chior in hindley at the old grammer school called the silver choir i am in it also we are singing in manes park on wedensday on the band stand it starts at one christine x

hi i might see susan this week at the choir at the old grammer school we are called the silver choir i have been busy with my two sons the eldest one moved into his house two week ago .he lives in new mills darbyisher he has moved into a bigger house with hi family .my youngest son has got the keys for his house in pemberton with his girl friend it wants a bit doing to it before they move in .love christine xx

I used to live 2 doors away from Jean Murphy, she had 2 sisters and 1 brother, they lived corner house on warwick drive, not seen them for year by for Terance who still lives in Hindley..
