The young boy in the picture carrying the crown is my Uncle Joseph Marcroft.
The girl 6th from the right on top row is my friend Pat Eccleston (nee Gwinnett)

I remember this day well i was part of the crowning group along with Lesley Whistlecroft and Margaret tickle Joseph Markroft carried the crown.

Trying to find out if anyone on the photograph can remember anyone of the caine family,their was irene and her sister evonne,their mother was annie and theirfather albert who sadly was killed in a pit accident in the early sixties.
