Another Jelly Sunday, at the top of Booths Brow Rd. photo showing Bob Frodsham on the back row next to the gentleman. Could the blonde haired boy in the middle of the picture be Brent Atherton? And are any of the others YOU?

You're right there Janice, the little blondie in the middle is our Brent. Can't place the others as yet but will have a good study of it. Thanks for sharing.

I'm sure this is the same year as the photo I have put on of our Brent, they just look the same age, I dated it about 1957/8. I think the guy in the white shirt with his head turned away ( 1st left) is Alf Edwards, it looks like him anyway.

The man in the suit on the rope is either Arthur or Alan Shaw out of Rectory road sadly no longer with us.

You could be right Sue my Dad sits with Alf in the club so i will ask him to take the photo in to show him will let you know. I think you are right about it being on the same day and the year seems to be right as well. Top marks for you lol.

Janice, the lad on Bob Frodsham's right is Barry Houghton from Poplar Ave.
