It looks like the Market Square to me. The lady wearing spectacles looks like Miss Bowery who was teaching in the infants classes in the early fifties. She seemed quite old to me at the time.....so it could be her in all probability.

I concur with you Veronica. All of the churches assembled on the Market Square, before setting off on the actual procession.
