Highfield Girl Guides circa 1931 in Pemberton Rd Highfield near to St Mathews Church.
The photo has been lent me for submission by Mrs Ellen Mathews, (nee Rollins) seen in the photo front right. She is now 96 years old and 13 years old when the photo was taken. She was in “heather” patrol
Her Sister Alice is somewhere also on the photo.
At the time the head guide was Miss Woods the daughter of reverend woods, Vicar of the Church at the time.
Second in command was a Miss Green. She tells me Hannah Wilson is also on the photo.

Tricia, I dont have a sister with the name Irene, however Anna will give you my details.
The girl at the extreme front is Alice Rollins, I think that the girl 4th in that row looking straight at the camera could be Anna Wilson (Ashcroft).
Tricia, re anna maybe you could contact me, i have seen your letter.
